New Windows Yoker
Big Savings On Our Red Hot Summer SALE!

Maybe you’ve picked up on a drop in temperature throughout your home. Heating costs rising. Or condensation sitting on or inside your windows each morning.
Does that ring true? Your windows are letting you know something’s.
Old windows shed their seal with age.
Gas leaks from between the panes. The rubber gaskets go rigid and pull away. What once did block the cold now barely makes a difference.
In Yoker, where the rain and wind can appear more frequent than sunshine, ageing windows truly affect how warm and cosy your home feels.
Not to worry. The Advanced Group brings over 38 years of trusted expertise. Single room or full house, replacement windows or doors, we’ll find the right solution and install everything properly.

Cracked glass? Rotten timber frames? Handles that don’t lock properly? Some problems are hard to miss.
But other signs are harder to spot, and by the time you spot them, they’ve already been losing you money for months or even years.

Moisture or fogging between the two sheets of glass? The sealed unit has broken down.
The seal goes, and with it escapes the argon gas that kept the insulation. The window loses a major chunk of its thermal performance.
Rising heating bills don’t have to empty your wallet. Restore your home’s thermal efficiency with properly sealed new windows.

A windy day shows you a lot. Put your hand near the edges of the window. Cold air coming through means the seals have deteriorated.
Draught proofing strips? They’re a temporary fix. The problem only gets worse as the rubber continues to degrade.

Got windows that stick, won’t close properly, or just refuse to budge? That’s a security risk and an insulation issue rolled into one. Warped frames, worn hinges, and failed mechanisms all tell you the window has hit the end of its useful life.
Multi-point locking systems far exceed the old single-point catches for safety. Toughened glass adds another layer of protection.
Did you realise that windows account for a significant proportion of heat loss in any property? They’re the bridge between your home and the outside world.
Older double glazing is a thing of the past, and the energy ratings will be significantly below what’s available now, even if they were a decent specification when they were first put in.
Choosing new double glazed windows and doors is one of the smartest ways to guard your property from high energy costs.

Every Yoker property has its own personality. The right window choice depends on the property, the room, and how you use it.
The Advanced Group supplies and fits a full selection of windows and doors in both double glazed and triple glazed options, including uPVC triple and double and triple glazed casement, sash, tilt and turn, and top hung styles.

The most common window type in the UK. Side-hinged, opening outwards. Ideal for ventilation and easy to clean from inside.
Casement windows work with most property types, from modern builds to traditional villas, and are provided in a wide choice of colours and finishes, including woodgrain effects that recreate the look of timber without the maintenance and fear of warping.

The sliding sash windows we fit recreate the look of original wooden sash frames, while delivering modern thermal efficiency and safety.
Every proportion, sight line, and opening mechanism matches the traditional design. Whether your property is in a conservation area or you simply want to maintain its character, these windows do the job.

Tilt them inward at the top for safe ventilation. Turn them completely inward on a side hinge for easy cleaning. Two options, one window.
For residents in upper-floor flats, tilt and turn windows are a practical choice, as cleaning the outside of the glass from a ladder is not realistic.
The tilt mode enables airflow without the safety concerns associated with a fully open window, which is particularly helpful for families with young children.
Top hung windows are hinged at the top and open outward from the bottom. This makes them a sensible choice for ventilation while working to keep rain from getting in.
You’ll often see them in bathrooms, kitchens, stairwells, and bay window configurations, spaces where both privacy and airflow matter.

French windows are full-length panels that open outward just like French doors.
Great in pairs. Pair them with sidelights to flood a wide opening with glass and natural light.
The Advanced Group focuses in uPVC frame materials, and for very good reasons!
Scottish weather can be wild, but uPVC takes it all! It’s durable, resists wind, rain, and the roughest of it, and you won’t get the warping or rot issues that timber frames bring.
uPVC is low maintenance too.
Just give it a wipe with soapy water and it’ll look fresh.
But more significantly, our uPVC windows are very energy effective. Built with multi-chambered uPVC, some of our frames can hit a U-value as low as 0.8 W/m2K, working to restore energy performance to your house.
And you want to hear the best part? uPVC double glazing is also the most budget-friendly option available!
This means you can often choose higher-specification glazing without exceeding the budget. We also provide glazed uPVC doors, including uPVC doors, composite doors, and patio doors to complement.
Scotland dishes out cold, wet, and windy weather for a large chunk of the year.
In that sort of climate, the energy performance of your windows really influences how much you pay on heating and how comfortable your house feels day to day.
Thermal performance is measured by U-value.
The lower that number goes, the less heat gets through. Scottish building regulations set the maximum at 1.6 W/m2K for replacement windows currently.
Standard double glazed windows: 1.2 W/m2K. Premium range: as low as 0.8 W/m2K. That’s twice as good as the regulatory minimum.
And where does that difference show up? Right on your energy bills!
A-rated energy-efficient windows and doors come with argon gas filled sealed units and low-E glass coatings to bounce heat back into the room, all while letting natural light through.
If you are switching from old single-glazed sash windows or early double glazing from the 1990s, you should see a noticeable drop in your heating costs within the first winter.
While many double glazing businesses in Yoker supply entry-level products, few can compare with the calibre of the windows and doors we provide.

Our trusted installers are frequently asked about the triple glazing range we offer.
An extra pane of glass makes triple glazing apart. It translates to stronger insulation and improved noise dampening over standard double glazing.
If your property is in an exposed location, up a hill, facing north, or near a busy road or flight path, The Advanced Group is more than glad to talk you through the upsides of triple glazing.

New windows are an significant spend. Paying all at once isn’t always feasible. We understand that.
